Soumen has a difficult lifestyle while growing up in a Los Santos area. His father's family struggled to support him as a single parent while his father spent time in and out of jail for drug-related charges after his mother passed away . Soumen not only rose up the ranks but also earned the highest respect and adoration from his colleagues because to his unrelenting work ethic and stellar performance and freindly with everyone. After that he tried going to LSPD and stayed there for a quite good time and got experiences from here and there, in law, more rules, more informations about how things work and be handled.

1- Soumen can keep his radio on him 24/7 to listen to LSPD calls while not on duty.
2- Soumen can leak Information to gangs for money (Up to 100k)
