Application for leader of the organization Bloods Street Gang by Kaya Lacoste
I am hereby applying to be the leader of the Bloods Street Gang.

2. Why do I want to become the leader of the organization?
I entered the country about 2 years ago and since then I could only ever identify with Crime Live, for me there was and is no other option.
I have already acted as a leader and know what is important. Unfortunately, I had to give up this position voluntarily for personal reasons,
but now I am fully back and motivated to lead an organization. I would like to use my skills to revitalize the ghetto with this gang.
3. My suggestions for improving the role play in the organization:
Constant presence in the ghetto:
I want the MPs to be actively approached.
No one is left behind, I want more cohesion, and of course I lead by example.
Active tine on the highway:
Lately I don't see anyone on the highway anymore.
My plan is to form an alliance for this time with another gang to stand up to the state.
Shop-, Ammurobs and kidnappings:
Exciting negotiations with new innovative ideas to promote roleplaying on the server.
4. What characterizes me as a leader:
I have extensive experience as a leader and know when to crack down or praise my members.
For me, communication is an essential part of a well-functioning organization. I attach great importance to open and transparent leadership
leadership and good cooperation with my members. I listen attentively, have good assertiveness, am empathetic and
