Dear Admins,
Yesterday while i was taking a 10-15 inside the DOC to process him, Some random guy mercy killed him and i posted it on forums, But Administrator Jay Bishop took the forum and rejected it saying that "Cant see ID in POV please upload POV where ID show. Please Refer to the Rules for Filing a complaint And file a new complaint".
The person who mercy kills will hide to not get caught and i am making a forum to ask the respected admin to find who he is and punish him as he did a rule break.
