In the pov at 1.46min, you can see that the dead guy on the ground have dysnc, as u can see in the pov who I hit at his pov nothing happend to him after I pass with the car, he is standing straight. ID 10422 has dysnc, it just showed to him like it was vdm but you can see there is no problem

In additional, Mr. Rohan Satoru didnt punished ID 10422 for bug abuse, ID 10422 is dead on the ground and he is checking his surrounding.
