1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP life?
Back when I joined in july 2021, I was really inspired by this roleplay server because of the great amounts of people it had, even back then. I've always played this server with joy, made new friends, learned new things, and simply just enjoy my aftertime. I feel really at home in this server because I have a lot of contacts around here and I always will make new ones. I've been playing for 2 years now and I think I can say with great joy that I've pretty much done everything that I wanted to do. That's why I want to make the big step towards becoming an administrator on this server and help people have the same experience that I have had over the years. It really satisfies me to see people understand and learn new things, because I've had a really helping role to some people in this server before. And to make all of that official I want to become an actual moderator this time, and I would be happy to help the team out. Lastly, I have good knowledge of state laws.

3.What are your strengths?
1) I have good communication skills.
2) I can dumb things down so people can understand what I mean very easily.
3)I can work in a team.
4) I can calm people down.
5) I am professional and calm.
4.What are your weaknesses?
1) I need crystal clear explanations to understand certain things
2) My short-term planning is not the greatest sometimes
3) Sometimes I can forget certain things (rarely though)
4) Language borders (My English is fluent but any other languages except Dutch and Swedish are hard)
5.What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I think professionalism is one of the most important things to have while being an admin, and being professional is my greatest strength if I say so myself. I am flexible most of the times and therefore I can do admin-like duties at entirely different time periods of the day. I am good at explaining things to people no matter how good or bad their comprehension skills are, for example, if one person experiences something I say as too complicated, I can try to relatively explain that specific subject in an easier way so they would understand. This, however, might not work at all times but I have a really high chance of making someone understand what I'm trying to say. My teamwork is excellent. I am good at discussing things. Lastly, as I said earlier, I am a very flexible person. I can jump in doing admin duties at different times during the day. One day I could be up to late night to do duties. The other day I would be up at early times, relative to server time.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin) :
I have no businesses in my possession currently.
7. Any IRL issue or Situation that is Preventing you From being Active at the moment?
I'm a university student. It's not necessarily a holdback of being an admin, but there can be some times (not likely) that I would be less active due to that.
