Berat parents were highly active members in the families gang and when both were brutely murdered by another gang berat were 12 years old when that happen and was left alone but continued to fight against cops and other gangs in attempt to revenges the death of his parents, later on the gang leader saw his outstanding shooting skills and adopted him, and by the age of 19 berat became the right hand of the gang leader, he was handling assassinations and drug deals.
One day berat was doing a drug deal with the presence of the gang leader, and they were betrayed by 2 members of their own gang and there was a shooting and berat barely escaped but not after witnessing his new father getting killed. Now berat played back in his brain the memories of losing his own biological parents and decided to stop doing gangs and joined Los Santos Police Department. in no time he became HC due to his shooting & leadership skills.

berat now is one of the most active and respected HCs in LSPD, he knows the law very well due to his criminal and legal experience and decided to put all that knowledge in protecting the city & stop all the criminals activities in it. Berat will do anything to make things work his way!
