Hello Everyone,
It has been approximately three months since I was blacklisted. I will not say it is unfair before I tell the full story here, and you can decide.
On September 1, 2023, at 23:48 ST, I received a message that I had been blacklisted from the team. I immediately DMed Adham and asked him about the issue, and he said it was because of inactivity.
I can't lie and say I was the most active admin at that time, but I wasn't the worst! I told Adham that it was my first few days at university, so I needed to take some time to adjust my schedule to fit my university studies and GRANDRP.
In my entire time as an admin, I didn't receive any warnings, except for one for inactivity, and it was for the same reason five days before the blacklist. I don't want to bring up more things and accidentally reveal some admin information, but you can check everything. I was active, I was in the top 10 admins, I was doing my curator job, and I was the most hardworking curator for the gang I had at that time (Families) during Kushal's term.
After asking some people, I got information that Adham saw that I wasn't online in EN3 for three days. After checking EN1, he found me online there, and that's the reason he blacklisted me.
I already explained everything in DMs with Bobby and Adham, but I was just ignored by Bobby, and Adham said I was a liar.
First of all, it wasn't three days; it was two days. Second of all, I wasn't online in EN1 and playing; I was AFK, as I told Adham, and I told him to check the logs to see that. I never lied to anyone, especially my higher-ups.
There was a rule not to AFK for more than one hour in EN3, so I just went to EN1 to AFK, as I always stay AFK there. I didn't have time to do admin work, so that's why I went AFK.
You can check all the logs to prove my story.
I didn't say what I did was right, but blacklisting someone for not opening the game for two days? It's just unfair. Adham could have given me a warning or kicked me from the team if it was really a big deal, but blacklisting? Why did I get the same punishment as someone who leaked information or someone who disrespected their higher-ups when all I did was not be active for two days?
I have always been active, always worked hard, have a lot of knowledge about the rules and server functions, and I loved the server and the admin team and my higher-ups. What did I get in the end? An unfair blacklist.
Mr. Bobby, you are the first person to whom I proved that I joined the team because I love this server. I was kicked on my first day for a misunderstanding, and I proved to you that all the talk about me was false. I always speak the truth and never break trust. I hope you see this story and take the right actions because it is completely unfair.
