2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation?​

1. I first joined Bloods and quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming a deputy for several consecutive terms, allowing me to learn from the best and get the essential knowledge and expertise. The Bloods have been the most successful gang for many months, thanks to the time, effort, and hard work put in by committed members . I want to be the Leader of Ballas because I want to bring back one of the most enjoyable experiences that so many people in this city have had.Myself and the others that back me are all seasoned gang leaders, high-ranking officers, and valuable members with a lot to offer.​

2. Finally, I want to use my leadership position to demonstrate and achieve the goals that my experience has set for this gang, which include attending and winning every single event, improving the quality of Roleplay, ensuring there are no rule-breaks by guiding and helping people, and keeping the toxicity between gang members within the gang as well as between members of other gangs to a minimum. I will attempt to portray good leadership abilities and qualities such as being extremely organized, fair, understanding, tolerant, communicative, and helpful, but I will also be strict when necessary to ensure that everything is always under control and that everyone is happy.​

After taking a vacation from the crime scene, it's time for me to make a strong comeback and carry on the legacy of our beloved gang.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

-Actively participating in a role-playing Situation without violating any regulations
- Completing the turf without rule violations
-Increasing RP through negotiations with LEOs and expanding RP
-Assisting newcomers in achieving their objectives and in learning all of the rules
-Being more active yet not breaking any rules
-And letting blood flow comes out on top every time and in every situation.
