2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
a) I would help bloods regain all their lost territories and i would make sure that i bring in experienced people so that i can have a strong team by my side as well as go for 100 % turfs even if its a dream that many target i will make it into a reality as i have a line of some of the best turfers to grace the planes of the city that are have good knowledge to reduce chances of verbals and warns
b) I want to impose more activity to my gang by have more active people along multiple time zones so as to have a very active circle of members members for every event to get this is simple i would bring in people from all around the world with different times zones so to have a large 24/7 activity rotation in my gang
c) i would also do my best to keep the profits at above 10k every hr so that my gang can get their profits without a single problem and to do this get an active spray team and make sure that we are defending our sprays upon every hr as getting people with good knowledge about spray locations would help and i would bring in said people
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
As i said in my previous application I will have more gang rivalries with other gangs so as to keep the fire of the ghetto active ( no toxicity ) and as well as do a lot of hostage situations so as to give more interactions between gangs and leos and have more interactions so as to better the roleplay as well and do more robberies as they include more rp and communication and doing all this while not breaking any server rules
