Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
During my time on Grand I have gained a lot of experience, I have participated in both state and crime activities for a total of 6 months. I have served as a deputy or leader on more than 10 occasions, giving me a unique understanding of both state and gangs. I aim to create a leadership style that brings enjoyment to both state and gang members by conducting fair negotiations that do not solely favor one side some of them things I have to support me listed below.
- I have been a member of the server for a significant amount of time.
- I have a strong support system of people who will back me up as a gang leader.
- I have experience as a leader of families, which demonstrates my understanding of rules and ability to manage a gang.
- My experience in running a gang and maintaining activity helps us maximize the potential of individuals who join us.
- I am able to teach others the rules so they can avoid punishment and have a positive experience.
- I am prepared to build a skilled team that can teach new players how to roleplay in a gang setting and educate them on the rules, creating a positive learning environment.
Advice for Improving Roleplay in the Organization:
- Establishing a well-defined structure for the gang will provide players with opportunities to enhance their skills and strive towards goals.
- Not inviting everyone at rank 9 will give a sense of accomplishment to individuals who earn a higher rank and encourage greater participation within the gang.
- By implementing a clear structure, the overall activity level of gang members will increase.
- The hitting of ammo trunks from the NG allows for more fun situations between gangs and state.
- Not doing every hostage situation in ghetto will allow for people to get new experience at other locations as 80% of them are currently done in the ghetto.
