2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I. LSPD has been my first organization since coming to the city, and it has a special place in my heart. After joining the FIB and other State Orgs and even gangs to know their point of view in all events, I've always wanted to take a leadership of an org and amongst of all LSPD was my first choice and the reason is as follows: I want to make a term built on honesty, hard work and dedication. With my experience as a Curator of HR for FIB for three terms, Deputy Chief of Police and Undersheriff, I've seen how many orgs up close get shaped with the leader's choices. I want to use this experience to shape my org into a perfect term and I would like to share my ideas in the interview.
II. In a way, LSPD is the core of the city. When any new civilian needs any help, LSPD is the first thing on their mind. When someone wants to join a state org, LSPD is their first choice as well. When people need help in the city, they contact LSPD. I want to make it a real good experience when someone interacts with LSPD. The reception will be extremely professional with selected members while the training ensures each officer attending a civilian will act their best and try to solve their problems. So that the connection with the public will be at the most priority and nobody which comes to LSPD reception will leave unsatisfied. Along with that, I want to host regular patrolling, drills and events for improving convoy experience, handling high-tension situation and responding day to day situations (911 calls). I have many new and innovative ideas for executing the same.
III. I want to introduce many creative plans to improve the professionalism and knowledge of my officers. LSPD is the starting organization for most of the citizens, so I want to introduce a new training system for the newcomers which will be hand crafted by me with all my experiences in all the previous terms along with a set of internal rules which will be covering most of the frequent and easily avoidable rule breaks. I will make regular announcements that will prevent us from breaking the most basic state rules (5.5. 5.10, 5.11 etc.) by having best department heads for HR and IA, to be monitored and handled by each deputy chief mainly to ensure best quality work. I want to have officers from all time zones so that there is always someone to help the citizens in need in the LSPD. For that reason HR will be tasked with conducting regular open recruitments in all time zones since I have seen many times people coming to the LSPD and had to return disappointed cause of inactive department or in the late night. Along with that, I have noticed a very serious problem in all my LSPD and SAHP experience is, We lack very much in the undercover department where we could help FIB to create more casefiles and getting evidences and busts with LI co operation, which I have already experience in doing while I was in FIB. So my goal is to improve and increase the activity of undercover department, by hosting regular training sessions and giving out tips and tricks which we have learnt with our experiences and mistakes. Finally I would like to have a great relationship with all the other orgs including EMS and LI so that every operation and events runs with great co-ordination.
Departments
This division would be in charge of recruiting, retention and training of all officers. There will be a series of procedure from interview to training that I would like to create and make the department follow to guarantee the best retention in members. Since this is the department I've spent most of my time in, I would make sure that the department is active, properly handling the reception, interviews and training. In the end of the training, every officer will know how to properly use their bodycam, attend each events, know how to properly arrest and show evidence to a lawyer and aware of all the rules and regulations.
Internal Affairs
This department has the responsibility to audit logs, bodycams, trunks, licenses, and backgrounds of all officers while hunting down corruption in the organization and dealing out punishment. An active IA department means an active org with no inactive paycheck grinders.
Parking Enforcement
The department for towing and fines who are responsible for keeping the city clean from illegal parkings and abandoned vehicles. To make it an active department and properly staffed, appropriate bonus will be provided to keep the incentive. I will focus on this department very much so that I have at least 100+ tows a week.
S.W.A.T.
This department specializes in heavy weapons and high risk situations like Hostage Rescues, Ghetto Patrols, leading events and providing back up to any emergencies. This department will consist of only the best tacticians, proficient with their weapons who can actively respond to all situations.
Undercover Department
This department is for collecting evidences, tracking wanted criminals in collaboration with other organizations. They will not only collect evidences for FIB but also conduct regular busts from the illegal advertisements using the information obtained from LI. Most elite of this departments are gonna join the Special task force department which will be our specialists in going undercover and leading those operations for busting criminals.

3) Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- The value of each ranks has depleted greatly over the time and I want to bring back a systematic format of ranks. I will enforce the use of apply through application and keep a question for providing proof for previous experiences, So even if they are previous High commands in other organizations, they will have to go through same process for applying to application. The checking of application will be more frequent and regular so that it is checked at least once between 3 hour intervals. I will make sure that they deserve their rank through hard work and dedication and not because they were previously high commands.
Adding to the previous point, I felt in my previous terms as deputies that the departments are lacking in activity cause there is no incentives and bonuses were given to them, so I decided to keep High commands as department roles. Which will incentivize the officers to join a department to be in better ranks and getting promotions, along with regular announcements this is another way for me to make the departments active. The curators will lead by example in their department by showing the highest quality work, that's why I will only choose the right person for the right job.
- I will do regular announcements about different internal rules and state rules which is broken often and will be enforcing the Human resources to follow my proper procedure of training so that whenever the officer is trained they will know about these rules by heart.
- Every department will have proper uniforms unlike random choices. HRT will have full white clothes while IA will have white clothes and black pants, HC will have black while patrol officers will have blue, etc. Which will help the officers and more importantly the citizens to identify different department just by their uniforms.
- I would also like to make the patrol department very active with high numbers so that every 911 call is accepted and responded as quick as possible. For ATM, house and car robberies, you will need active officers patrolling on duty to respond and reach on time to make the city safe and clean. I have a few ideas to make this go smoothly.
- Instead of making any weekly meetings with all department heads, I would initiate the meetings myself and we will have the meeting ICly not using any VCs in the mails which is not great for RP. Adding to that I will enforce that nobody uses VCs to communicate while they are in city, which will increase the quality of RP also.
- I would like to improve communication between departments and also in radio. Where I would enforce a Radio Communication System and every officer will follow the proper radio procedure to ensure clear and better transmission of information. With that, Departments are very essential for communication between organization, and for that reason I will have training sessions and instructions to be taught in the training procedure for all the officers to follow proper department communication as well.
- I will also make sure to follow all the instructions and advices of the curators as I believe that they have the most experience and knowledge and they know how to make the term successful.
Finally, I would like to say that my ideal and goal is to make my term very active by funneling all the officers to retain the best performing officers and incentivizing them with proper appreciation and rewards so that they are eager to work more hard and be more active in the organization.
