2.1 I aspire to lead the 'LSPD' as I strongly believe in the exceptional leadership abilities I possess and my desire to showcase them to others. As the head of this organization, I can confidently assure you that it will be operated at the highest standards, establishing a robust stronghold for those passionate about apprehending criminals. Through my extensive experience in various organizations, I have come to appreciate the legal side, as it operates under its own set of rules. Not only is it a gratifying environment to work in, but my leadership will also create new opportunities for numerous individuals seeking growth and development.

2.2 I have a strong desire to take the helm of the 'LSPD' due to my extensive familiarity with legal matters. Having been actively involved in multiple legal organizations, I possess a deep understanding of the intricacies of the legal system. By assuming the leadership role in the 'LSPD', I aim to showcase my diligence and sense of responsibility to inspire others. Furthermore, my previous experiences holding high-ranking positions in diverse organizations have granted me valuable insights into effective leadership practices, which I believe will greatly contribute to the success of the 'LSPD

2.3 Designating me as the leader of the 'LSPD' would establish a standard of excellence and efficiency for the organization. I will strive to optimize our operations by ensuring that members are actively engaged in valuable tasks such as patrols, event participation, and prompt responses to local and global calls. Additionally, to maintain order and discipline, I will implement a comprehensive warning system that includes verbal warnings, demotions, or, if warranted, removal from the organization for those who violate established rules. This unwavering commitment to effectiveness and accountability will set a remarkable example for other legal organizations to follow.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.

3.1 Structure: I'm going to implement enough structure and discipline to where people know how to have fun while not breaking the rules.


3.2 Ranks: I'm going to give people ranks/roles based on experience if they deserve it and if they can show me there fit for that role/rank.

3.3 Corruption: I've seen plenty of corruption in LSPD last term I had a bad experience with corruption so i plan of trying to limit is a much as possible.

3.4 I want this next term to have the best roleplay experience while still having structure.
