1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
While I have 10 years in the state currently on this server, I have been involved in RP servers for quite some time now. One thing that I'm looking to do now is expand past just playing within the RP server itself, but to use my talents, knowledge and experiences to help others within the server to have the best experience possible. Having effective Admins is vital to server health, and I believe that my skillset would match up nicely in a role like this.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime and State)
In my time on this server I have only held positions within EMS.
3. What are your strengths?
I am a very effective communicator. I can type extremely fast and am able to process many things at one time. I can prioritize issues and feel strongly about my ability to look at all situations and determine the best course of action based on all available information. I am reliable and am efficient in the work that I do and I have passion for the entire RP community and would like to bring this passion to the Admin Team.
4. What are your weaknesses?
I can get very invested in helping the team. I am working on ensuring that I take breaks from RP life from time to time!
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
As noted in my strengths, I am a very effective and quick communicator. I can multitask and prioritize items easily and am very quick to learn new things. I am able to review information quickly and make a decision based on the rules of the server. I typically am also active during times where Admin help may be needed. I am flexible and able to be agile in the work that I do and am always looking to be able to create fair and positive experiences for all players. Finally, I'm a very positive person. I like to have fun and bring positivity and enjoyment to the server whenever I can.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
I do not currently own any businesses.
7. Any IRL issue or Situation that is Preventing you From being Active at the moment?
There are no IRL issues that would prevent me from being active. Should I be selected for an Admin role and something comes up, I would be quick to notify the team to ensure that I am still able to assist effectively.
