Enter Dray Ottoman, the maestro of mirth and a candidate for Governor who believes that the only way to spread wealth is to let it rain from the penthouse. Dray Ottoman brings charisma, charm, and a strong belief that "trickle-down economics" should involve champagne fountains.

Purpose:
To keep the party going for the city's high-rollers, making sure their pockets are deep and their golf swings are even deeper.
Campaign Promises:
Lower the fines for criminals, so less crime will be committed.
Advocate for lower taxes to stimulate economic activity and put money back into citizens' pockets. This also will ensure that the business owners will pay taxes.
Bring a strong leader to lead all other state organizations to better their communication and work methods.
Create at least three big events held by the members of the party, each week, to fill out the pockets of the citizens.
Provide a good and dependable Department of Justice to the city.
