2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

---------> Because i have very good experience in EMS i was CHIEF OF PR ( 28 RANK ) FOR 3 continuous term. I played a big role to increase medicines in med-labs when the was just having 25k meds in labs i increased it to 130k.

1: Leadership and Management Skills:

AS an deputy of an family i know how to lead. And i have lead FTO and MED-LABS Department in donil's term both term and the results were very good at the end.

i can handle manage any situation cause i have a good experience in internal affairs

3: Bonus Distribution Skills:

-----> i know bonuses play a huge role in any org i will make the bonus high and make sure that every one is getting there bonuses in just 1 day . i will ensure that who ever is doing best work will receive an double bonus so they keep there work same and productivity should not decrease

4: Commitment to Quality Care and Patient Safety:

-----> if i become an ems leader i will ensure that quality care and patient safety should be there and i will regularly check how my fellow EMS staff is working and are they taking care of our patient

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1: Rovide Training:
Provide training programs to employees that focus on roleplay skills. Training programs may include topics such as improvement, characterization and situational awareness operations. This will help employees better understand their roles and responsibilities, as well as improve their ability to react to different scenarios.

2: Reward Performance:

Recognize and reward employees who excel in roleplay. This will be done through promotions, bonuses or other incentives. Rewarding well-performing employees will encourage others to do the same and create a culture of excellence within the organization.
-> I will promote bank robbery ,gang grade, special operation ,sub, store robbery,aircraft career joint operation with scripted plan

3: Enhancing Roleplay Engagement:
in donil`s term we did many surgery i will make sure that atlest there are 3 surgery in 1 week and i will make sure that trainee or low ranks also gets the experience of surgery i ill fouce that if any one has taken as hostage we will check them
