Morgan Smart was born in London. With his father who was struggling with an alcohol addiction his younger sister Chelsea Smart, and their mother made up his family. Morgan and Chelsea frequently took the brunt of their father's verbal abuse at home. Morgan's mother survived this trying circumstance for years, but she realised she had to shield her kids from the dangerous surroundings. His legacy is a testament to how far one will go to safeguard justice and defend the city.
