So many people from their family did circle abuse, The IDs I observed ( id123731, id123296, id121050, id108966, id80714, id 109451 and the one who killed me)

Luna Pluxury choose to reject it, and said its only events with RED circle. but there is forums, including mine were i got punished for same situation:
