2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
i. The role of EMS is the most significant one which should be maintained with highest level precision and performance, so I believe the job of leader of EMS is the amongst the most challenging task in the city of Los Santos and I feel I am suited for it because of the time and experience I have given to EMS and taken from EMS respectively. I feel the leadership of EMS should go to those who are well experienced in how it functions. I feel that I am perfectly suited for it cause I have working experience in EMS for a very long period of time.
ii. The second reason I feel drives me to try to become a leader will be my respect, dedication and admiration towards the organization. I have been working in this organization since nearly the time I started playing on the server thus I am grateful for EMS for giving me this opportunity and I want to return the favor back by serving EMS at the top of the possibility.
iii. I was former lead paramedic in EN3 as well as former DCHR of EMS in EN2. The time that I have spent even on the ranks which are lower in terms of Chief, I have given my best to organization to increase the quality of experience I could give to anyone coming to us in any situation. I have always tried to be an asset to the organization as much as I can. Now I think it’s time to go for the next step which will be becoming the leader of the organization and carry forwarding the legacy this organization has and adding another glory to it and increment the reputation it has.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
• I think the level of RP this organization offers is already amongst the best. My major focus will be fixing some issue that were either noticed by employees working in the organization or were received from the people who come to us for help.
• The first issue I will address will be lack of night shift employees. It has come into the notice of almost every member of the organization that we have a smaller number of people who can work on the nightshift. My focus will be increasing the hiring process in nightshift department and making sure the guys who join for nightshift are active in doing their job. I will see that they receive bonuses for the service they provide in the time when we have always been troubled.
• I will make sure that we have good amount of people available for the duty at any time which means I will make sure that anyone who joins the organization receives the training as soon as possible with good quality explanation and understanding of how we function.

Before I finish I want to clarify couple of things. From my prior interview I understand there were a good amount of trouble back then but I feel that now there shouldn’t be any I have avoided any form of mistake to occur and I have the proof required to proof my age as well.
