2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I wish to lead LSPD for a number of reasons, including my extensive experience in legal organisations, particularly SAHP but also LSPD. I believe LSPD has the potential to grow into the greatest legal organisation in the city with the appropriate leadership and deputies. I want to lead this organisation to be the finest with the aid of my carefully picked Deputies. I will utilise all of the skills and information I have gained while serving as hc terms to make this organisation proud. I gained knowledge of the organization's complete operation while I was Undersheriff. Activities will be held to the highest standards under my leadership. I believe LSPD play a crucial part in maintaining the city's peace.
I feel if i was given a chance at leadership i could make this organisation flourish by aiding all newer officers in the ORG. I would make a great HRT team to ensure recruitments and training is always ongoing, ensuring correctly trained officers being provided all the things they need to be great officers in our wonderful city!
Under my leadership, I will provide comprehensive training to all officers on utilizing RP commands (such as /me /try /do) in various situations. Despite their underutilization, RP commands can greatly enhance the overall RP experience for everyone involved. Additionally, I will prioritize a consistent and efficient response to all situations. By implementing the new checkpoint system, we can significantly improve the safety of our highways for civilians. Conducting thorough checks at the checkpoint will not only deter potential thieves but also ensure the safety of a larger number of our citizens.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice for improving RP would be to ensure that all officers are correctly usig the radio and radio codes, i have seen recently in orgs that the radio is no longer as proffesional as it used to be, if radio codes and badge numbers are correctly used then this will ensure improved RP, also the use of RP commands as i have mentionned in the above section. Second, I think that having solid, strong relationships with all organisations will increase everyone's return on investment. Since LEOS are designed to collaborate, these relationships must constantly be strong. Since I believe that animosity among the ORGS undermines this, I constantly make sure that my officers are treating everyone with the utmost respect.
Departments:
Human Resources & Training (HRT) - They will provide training to new officers and recruiting officers
S.W.A.T - This will be a elite group working closely with FIB's Spec Ops creating special plans and tactics during events and raids
Undercover - This group with also work closely with FIB's Undercover department helping out each other, busting criminals etc.
Internal affairs ( IA) These guys will look into possible law breaks officers do and fight corruption preventing all corruption as possible it will NOT be tolerated.
Public Relations (PR) They will host fun events daily for citizens forming a good relationships with them.
