1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
To become a positive addition, an asset. I've gained more respect for each organization than I had previously known. I've become wiser, and more detailed in my viewpoints. The understanding of each rule and rules inside the organization that isn't public knowledge. To be a part of illegal organizations (such as bloods, ballas, etc) I was able to see firsthand the dedication certain leaders took to ensure every person knew the rules fully. Knew the HQ boundaries, knew all circle limits, knew robbing circumstances. You really don't know what you're missing until you've witnessed it. That's why I want to become part of this administrative team, to continue the process.. the growth.

LSPD: SWAT/Secret Undercover division Can't remember the director's name, but served under D'Angelo Green's command. (2021)
FiB: Cant remember the exact rank but I served under Alicia Rodriguez's term. 2nd Director of the FiB.
EMS: Medical Student (Current IC Job)
Bloods: Multiple terms as a high/medium-ranking member under Jack Morris, Smokey Clingh, and De'Andre Dumont.

3. What are your strengths?
I understand that patience, listening, and the ability to have and keep a conversation going can do in any situation. The kindest act you can continuously give players is to be heard and listened to while involved in any situation server-related. It's paramount in roles such as these and that is where I excel the most. Lastly, not necessarily a strength but I'm primarily a nighttime player (by EST standards). I feel as though a majority of players and administration operate on the server's time which makes it difficult to help players during GMT's midnight into morning hours.
4. What are your weaknesses?
I'm very big on growth, competence, and getting the most out of everyone and everything. With that being said, I get displeased when a person tasked with a particular objective or assignment isn't performing to the expectations. If I'm a part of a high-standard administration team, I need to be exactly what everyone thinks I am. A professional at all times to the highest standard. And when people around me aren't meeting those demands I may seem to pull or push a little mildly. Not to say I overstep or forget my place because I do not, but the obsessiveness for everything to be in order or done in specific ways, makes me question effort sometimes.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Wisdom and growth. I have experience in administrative work when dealing with player relationships and situational awareness. Coupled with an unbiased approach and commitment to what I would be doing, I know my role and responsibilities if given the opportunity. I'm very confident in my ability to understand, and helpfulness when I need to be. But also reserved and attentive instead of assertive when I know I may not be the best person for a particular situation.
