Hello there higher admins, I made a complaint against FIB employees for SR 5.11AS they used FIB cars to go to the post office to complete the Office task which was to send a parcel. I gave the full POV of the incident but it was rejected by Ruby for Proof doesn't show all the situation. I know mistakes are made by people and I want a fair decision.
