This guy ID: 80589 which neither me or my girlfriend ever met before, we dont know who he is, he started Car Ramming my car which was parked outside my house, for no reason, unprovoked, we found out, got proof and reported him.
He then came back later on AGAIN for a second time offense, he came back with an ARMORED CAR which is kinda Power Gaming on purpose (he can't get shot if we give demands at our house to stop Car Ramming our cars) and started Car Ramming my car AGAIN! at this point i try to enter his car (Yes, I do check his Car Info with G menu, but i didnt break any rule because I don't use that information, example: his name, in the city IC RPly, I never mention the info i got from his Car G Menu and i never call him by name in the game, because, RPly he is still a "Stranger" to me so i treat him as a stranger still. I just needed that information to report him OOCly here.)
I try to enter his car to talk to him, but, he starts driving off with me attached to his car door (game mechanic issue) eventually my character gets in the car as should be, he NEVER answers to my questions of who he is or what is problem is with us, he NEVER SPEAKS, and just drives off after dropping me from his ARMORED CAR.

This guy came multiple times, even with an armored car so it shows his intent is clear and he will keep coming to harass us if he is not stopped and punished.
