I thought you knew how to negotiate as an ex FIB HC, we can shoot whenever the hostage is safe suggesting you to join as a Junior Agent to the next terms. Read the rules for a forum complaint and report with your own POV not with other players, btw GR 4.1 is visible in the second POV.

I really have no clue why you keep trying to report FIB for every single thing but again. FIB starts shooting this guy who is not part of the situation and clearly interfering at 6:30.
Your own people are even saying that the shots are NOT at you, but basically at people in ghetto who are interfering and not part of Vagos. I don't know why you think cops can't shoot back at those.
You got shot after the hostage ran to safety behind multiple officers, there is no rule that if you say free passage you HAVE to give it. In roleplay, when the hostage is safe you are allowed to open fire. It has always been like this. The hostage ran behind cops and was safe, not at gunpoint.

When you create a hostage situation in a place like ghetto, you need to expect that others might interfere with it. You were even in line of sight of bloods hq and at one of the most tense streets in the ghetto area. FIB can shoot at them, they dont have to be slaughtered by random people. In no way they attacked you as hostage takers. Also you risk, that random people might attack you, just because you are gang does not mean other people stop to shoot at you in ghetto.
Free Passage means that the Police has to remove all spikes and other obstructions that might be in a way you want to leave the area. I cannot see a rule violation against that. The hostage here is not shown anymore after you let it free, but its clearly visible he is running behind them, so out of the line of shooting. You are all in cars, so you are also not a threat to the hostage anymore. They are free to shoot then, there is no specific seconds they need to wait.
