I just finished from s hostage situation and have x2 10-15 in the car and as i was approching D.O.C and this one guy came gave demands to get out of the car and he started shooting me and then killed me. However im not sure of the rules break as he was alone and was with no other people. also blocked engine alone unsure is rdm our fail rp
