you can see clearly he was insulting me in front of the admin when he was on (admin mod Red)
every insult in admin situation is considered as ooc insult cuz admin is ooc and you can see He did insults me multiple times.

- ID 82725 will receive a punishment for General Rule 3.1 .
- When admin situation is going on it becomes ooc , so you cant insult anyone over there .
