I assure you that any unintended violation on my part was not intentional, and I am committed to adhering to the rules and regulations set by the game.
I would like to provide some context regarding the ban and explain the circumstances surrounding the use of recording software. As a less technically inclined individual, I may not have been fully aware of the implications of using certain recording software, such as NVIDIA in my case which is now apparent to me after reviewing the terms of service. I failed to cross-check my settings to ensure compliance with this rule, and for that, I take full responsibility.
I want to emphasize that my intention was not to gain any unfair advantage or compromise the integrity of the game. I am genuinely passionate about the game and deeply regret any oversight on my part that may have led to this unfortunate situation.
To rectify this, I am willing to uninstall any prohibited software, adjust my settings accordingly, and undergo any necessary actions to demonstrate my commitment to fair play within the game community.
