- I have joined Emergency Medical Service [EMS] around 5 months ago. 2 months as a good employee for learn all things about Emergency Medical Service [EMS] 2 months Division Chief [DC] And 1 months Chief of PR [COPR] as a High Command and Learn all work as a High command for maintain Royalpay and Follow all rules.
- From Division Chief [DC] of Labtech I had a large experience about time management, And Maintain Med Supply 140k+ In Lab. And I hosted Many Events For Motivating Employee to Come On duty and To Do Hard Work.
- Organizations must actively address and prevent gender-based mistreatment, promoting equality to create a workplace where all EMS employees can thrive and focus on their essential life-saving duties.

- In my term I will start appointing Good FTOs (Field Training Officer) So that All the Trainee Get a good training.
- In My Past EMS Career have seen Very less Employee in night shift and if i become EMS Cheif i will fix this problem.
- In my Term i will traine all the High Command [HC] to do all types of surgery.
