Additional information

1. Leader of EMS
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I am currently as a nurse in EMS and after two weeks of serving at the best organization, i have come to realize that nowhere is perfect.
The current situation is very unstable and lacks transparency. Hence, after becoming a leader of EMS i would like to assess the current state of affairs and implement changes to drive positive outcomes. Here are three general areas i might consider changing:

1. Communication and Transparency:

Issue: Ineffective communication or lack of transparency can lead to misunderstandings, decreased morale, and a lack of trust among team members.
Change: Implement a more transparent communication strategy. Regularly update your team on organizational goals, challenges, and successes. Foster an environment where open communication is encouraged, and team members feel comfortable sharing their ideas and concerns.

2. Employee Development and Recognition:

Issue:
Low employee morale, motivation, and productivity may result from a lack of recognition and opportunities for professional growth.
Change: Establish a robust employee development program that includes training, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities. Recognize and reward exceptional performance to boost morale and create a positive work culture. Regularly assess employee satisfaction and implement changes based on feedback.

3. Shift hours :
Issue: Chaos at work place, overcrowded lobbies result in a poor display of management in the organization
Change: Establish a time table for all the employees to follow religiously while allotting high commanders at specific timings to take care of the management which will ease the flow of work.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

- Role-playing can be a valuable tool for training and development, fostering creativity, and improving problem-solving abilities. Here are some pieces of advice to elevate the roleplay level in your organization:

  1. Training and Workshops:
    • Organize Training Sessions: Conduct regular training sessions focused on role-playing scenarios relevant to the organization's context. This could include customer interactions, conflict resolution, or leadership scenarios.
    • Professional Facilitation: Bring in professionals or experts to facilitate role-playing exercises. They can provide valuable feedback and insights to help participants improve their skills.
  2. Clear Objectives and Scenarios:
    • Define Objectives: Clearly outline the objectives of each role-playing exercise. Ensure participants understand the skills or behaviors being targeted.
    • Realistic Scenarios: Develop role-playing scenarios that closely resemble real-life situations employees might encounter. This adds relevance and helps participants apply their learning to practical situations.
  3. Feedback and Debriefing:
    • Constructive Feedback: Provide constructive and specific feedback after each role-playing session. Focus on both strengths and areas for improvement. Encourage a positive and growth-oriented mindset.
    • Debriefing Sessions: Conduct debriefing sessions where participants can reflect on their experiences, share insights, and discuss what they learned from the role-play. This promotes a culture of continuous improvement.
  4. Encourage Creativity and Innovation:
    • Open-Minded Environment: Foster an open-minded and non-judgmental environment that encourages creativity. This helps participants feel more comfortable taking risks and trying out new approaches during role-play.
    • Variety in Scenarios: Introduce a variety of scenarios to challenge participants and stimulate creative problem-solving. This can include unexpected twists or changing roles to keep things dynamic.
  5. Integrate Role-Playing into Regular Activities:
    • Incorporate into Meetings: Integrate short role-playing exercises into regular team meetings. This helps make role-playing a consistent part of the organizational culture.
  6. Recognition and Rewards:
    • Acknowledge Efforts: Recognize and acknowledge individuals or teams who demonstrate exceptional skills or improvements in role-playing. This creates positive reinforcement and motivates others to actively participate.
    • Incentives: Consider implementing incentive programs or rewards for outstanding performance in role-playing exercises. This could be in the form of recognition, certificates, or other tangible rewards.

Your application is well organized and has many great points, however, being a Leader requires more experience within the organization and server as a whole.
Gain more experience in EN3 and EMS, work towards other ranks or HC within the Org to help address these issues mentioned, and apply again in the future!
