1. Since it was already been concluded by 2 Administrator and those people doesn't knew the rules before therefore Ghetto Rule 1.8 (You are not allowed to ROB anyone outside the Ghetto or Highway) will not be applied here.
2. However ID 124958 will be punished for Gen Rule 6.15 (Time Stamp 03:14 without any demand you can't shoot or kill anyone while you are outside of Ghetto) Gen Rule 3.1 (Time Stamp 00:50 and 03:03 at the presence of Administrator if you use slangs it will be counted as OOC insult)​
