β I want to be leader of this gang i want to get experience as a leadership am playing from 2years I have experience in gangs as highcommand and in other servers i have experience as highcommand in state. I want to experience maintain a gang as a leader. I have good shooting skills and i will maintain the gang active in ghetto.i like Place of the Hq of vagos and once upon a time yellow gang is powerful than other gangs and very active on events and ghetto runs now i will bring that yellow gang. I will share my experience with my gang members. Also we have many events and many chances to get our gang to the top. I have good communication with gang members from my side i will reduce the toxic ness between in gang members.
β To improve roleplay within the gang shared experiences while maintaining a sense of discipline, taking HCs from different time zones who make sure that there are no rule breaks. I believe that communication between leaders and curators is very important. I will take Vagos on top being on my leadership. Mainly i will try to bring back active Vagos. I will make activeness of gang and members to attend all gang activities and taking good turfers to make better turfing in captures.

The gang members need to trust the leader it is most important for me as leader and communication between leader and gang members is most important to survive the perfect gang. Friendly behavior with gang member it make better communication and maintaining the gang members with proper way is important. Avoiding toxicness with new players in hq we need to gave chance to them giving warnings who dont follow the rules.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
The Vagos gang will be active in Store robbery, Gun store, Hostage situation, Clandestine, Fort zancudo raid,etc( all gang activities). We dont make any toxicness with gang members because it is very important to make better organization( because it will make bad impression).
Interacting with new players to make better communication because they don't know about server rules so we will teach them and it will help we cant break any rules from our side.
Making turfs 100 % and we didn't break any rules in capture events.
Activeness in ghetto graffiti/spray. It will help to get max money to gang members and they will make money easily.
Giving bonus to gang members for activeness in gang events. It will help to the gang members to get more excitement and team work.
