I was going to my apartment with my scooter but suddenly this guy came and rammed my scooter intentionally. You can see clearly in POV that he turned his car to right side to crash me.
All in pov.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 117899 will receive a punishment for VDM .
Intentionally hitting the guy by coming right even there is lot of space on the left side of the road.
