Family Background
In 1970, Roko Barba, the leader of today's known as 4Krowns, was born in the former Yugoslavia. His father is Martin Miller, a Latvian soldier, and his mother is Nat Wixx, a well-known ruthless gangster. He has two brothers and all three chose their mother's path in the gangs while in Yugoslavia. When they were just 11, they joined their first gang. After a lot of gangs in Yugoslavia they wanted to change and then the war started. They went with their father to the state of San Andreas. They all joined the National Guard to serve their new country. After a few months one brother left and joined the FIB, and a few months later the other brother left the NG and joined the FIB which caused Roko a lot of mental problems. He lost contact with his brothers, which further damaged him until one day he decided to adopt his first son, Andrej Barba. His son had many mental problems that helped him solve, and his son joined NG after some time in NG Roko found out his son Andrej is a member of Los Santos Vagos. After his first son he adopted another, Eric Barba his second son who joined NG, and shortly after Eric he had another son, Drake Barba also NG unit. After being in NG for so long, Roko decided to try to run for NG General in which he failed twice, which Roko again ruined his mental state, at which time he learned that Eric had joined the gang and became a big criminal. Then it came, Andrej became General NG, everyone did that the best they could, even one of the brothers returned. After that NG term, Roko and his brother got bored and decided to leave NG and leave the legal side of the city, they both joined the Ballas Gang, and Roko took his son Andrej with him because of his experience from Los Santos Vagos. All three became gangsters and decided to make a smaller criminal organization called 4Krowns. They decided that Roko will take over the leadership because of all his past experiences from the legal and illegal side of the cities. He appointed his brother Simon Cee as deputy because of their past experiences in Yugoslavia because they want to rebuild one of the old Yugoslav mafias. He appointed his son Andrej as his second deputy because of his ability to learn things quickly and his old experience in the city of Los Santos.
