Additional information

1. Leader of National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
  • 1. In-depth Experience with the National Guard:
I've been part of the National Guard for five terms in this city. During this time, I've learned a lot about how things work—from our training programs to dealing with community challenges. My experience has given me a good understanding of NG's ins and outs. I've seen how our strategies and operations have changed over time. This has allowed me to learn about the responsibilities and expectations that come with being part of this important organization. I know the details that make the National Guard a crucial part of our community, and I'm eager to use what I've learned to contribute even more to our shared goals.
As the Deputy Leader in the last term, my role provided both hands-on leadership experience and a deep understanding of the National Guard's inner workings. Through five terms with the organization, I've gained valuable insights, making me confident and prepared to take on the role of leader.
  • 2. Emphasizing the National Guard's Value:
I want everyone to know how important the National Guard (NG) is in San Andreas. It's not just about guarding the FZ base; NG opens up many exciting role-playing opportunities for everyone. NG plays a big role in various situations, making it a crucial part of our community.
I understand how necessary it is for all state organizations to work together. When there's a military base robbery, we can only defend our base if NG and other state organizations team up. That's why NG needs to cooperate with other state orgs during their operations. This teamwork is what makes NG an essential and helpful group in San Andreas, ensuring the safety and well-being of Citizens.
  • 3. National Guard's Role in Governance:
In my observations, the National Guard holds the second-highest position in the city's command chain, right after the government. When the government is absent, the National Guard steps in as the acting government until a new one is appointed. Unfortunately, in past terms, I noticed that the National Guard wasn't fully living up to its responsibilities in acting as the government.
If selected, I am dedicated to ensuring that the National Guard is actively engaged and fulfills its role, never causing disappointment for any organization or the citizens of this beautiful city. Even when the government is present, we will work collaboratively to support citizens. In the last term, I observed certain aspects related to the Special Forces (SASD) department and the Recruitment (RR) debarment and I am committed to addressing any shortcomings and enhancing the National Guard's overall effectiveness.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
  1. Diversify Training Scenarios:
Introduce a variety of training scenarios that simulate situations our members may encounter including hostage situations. This will not only enhance their skills but also make the training experience more engaging while preparing them to deal with situations that can arise anytime.
  2. Reward Creative Contributions:
Recognize and reward members who actively contribute to roleplay development. This can include the RR department/Soldiers who give training to new recruits especially
  3. Implementing Daily Performance Bonuses:
Introduce a daily bonus system to motivate soldiers based on their performance. Bonuses will be paid out the next morning for achievements and positive contributions from the previous day.
  4. Making Sure Every Soldier Gets Good Training:
Set up a clear training plan for each soldier, including regular check-ins and personal help if needed. This way, everyone gets the right training, making sure they're well-prepared for their role in the organization.
  5. Ensuring Each Department Is Doing Its Job for More Fun Roleplay:
Make sure that every department is actively doing what they're supposed to. This way, we create more chances for fun and exciting roleplay scenarios. It ensures everyone is involved and contributes to making our roleplay experience even better.
  6. Include Everyone: Make Sure All Can Join in Roleplay Fun:
Make sure everyone, no matter their role or job, can be part of the roleplay. This helps us work together as a team and have fun together.
  7. Setting Clear Goals and Expectations:
Make sure everyone knows what we're aiming for and what's expected of them. This helps us stay focused and work together effectively.
Dealing with Problems: Handling Bad Behaviors and Conflicts in the Organization:
If there are any issues with people behaving badly or conflicts, we'll take steps to address them. This ensures a positive and respectful environment within the organization.

My departments:
  1. RR - Recruitment Representatives:
The RR team handles recruitment, provides training, organizes promotion ceremonies, and compiles bonus lists by reviewing logs. Due to their crucial role, this department receives a good amount of bonuses for their hard work.
  2. AF - Airforce:
The Airforce team, consisting of army pilots, conducts air scouting during raid hours, provides air support for ammo runs, assists in SASD training, and offers transportation help during events. They also conduct regular scoutings to detect potential military base robberies, ensuring the organization is prepared.
  3. SASD - Special Forces:
SASD is the special forces department responsible for responding to extreme situations such as store robberies and hostage scenarios. Their focus is on swift and efficient operations, particularly in situations that demand quick action, like hostage incidents in the ghetto.
  4. Military Police:
The Military Police serves as the Internal Affairs department of the NG. They conduct regular background checks, search personal car trunks, and inspect individuals to ensure everything is in order, maintaining internal order and discipline.
  5. Sniper Team:
Introducing a new department, the Sniper Team. These units specialize in long-range weapons, particularly sniper rifles. The Sniper Team's expertise proves invaluable during hostage situations and when dealing with trespassers within our base.
