2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 FIB is the first LEO organization I joined and I think I would be perfect leader of this organization because of my experience, time spent in FIB and my enthusiasm for RP, especially for LEO RP which is known for it's dynamic nature full of constant action.
2.2 I want to show full potential of this organization because I think its unutilized in UC work and Spec Ops work, especially considering FIB has the best script of any org on the server. FIB has to lead events with RP skills and number of members, which now it either lacks in RP skills or number of members. I know if I was leader, it would not lack in any of those things.
2.3 I want to show how real LEO should perform their duties as right now most of them don't understand what responsibilities they have or they just don't take it as seriously as they should. Most of them are engaged with organization either because of rank or salary. I would engage even lowly ranked agents in hard roleplay because being lowly ranked is also part of RP and I don't think it's a bad thing as I was a lot of times in my one year of roleplaying on this server being a low rank agent and would always finish the term as high command because I showcased my skills and sense for RP.
2.4 I want to increase activity of FIB. We would not be limited by three ghetto patrols. We would do them regularly every day. We would perform gang raids and black market raids every day. We would attend every 21:30 event with big numbers. I want to increase activity of FIB not just during the afternoon shift, I would like to increase activity of morning shift because crime doesn't sleep in the morning. They regularly rob gun stores, 24/7 stores and even innocent citizens. I want to match that type of activity to defend the state of San Andreas and to put criminals behind bars.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Active HR team
As I mentioned previously, I would like to have big numbers on events to showcase how real FIB should operate. Even though I would probably have a lot of members on the start of my term, I still need new members and I plan to achieve it through active HR department. They would have clear instructions of how to interview people, what criteriums does citizen need to meet to join FIB, how to train new agents, how to control activity and work of agents, etc...
- Experienced CID team
Criminal Investigation Department is one of the crucial departments in FIB and makes FIB stand out from other organizations. They collect evidence against gangs and are arresting arm smugglers, drug dealers, law breakers, all that while being undercover. They make things like gang raids possible which weakens gangs because we confiscate their arsenal and arrest gang members. Being undercover is hard job and you need to have certification given by high commands of CID, deputy directors or director himself.
- HRT department
HRT stands for Hostage Rescue Team. They would be in lead of special operations to counter gang activity. High commands of this department would be calm and experienced agents who know how to work under pressure especially when lives of not only hostages, but LEOs as well are endangered. They are responsible for negotiations and tactics on events. They would also lead ghetto patrols to counter gang activity in crime populated areas and shootouts.
This team would perform "Blitzkrieg" which means storming the area with lightning speed. They would storm areas of gang activity effectively and efficiently which means "doing the right things the right way" and that would also be the motto of this department.
- DSS department
DSS or Diplomatic Security Service has the mission to track down most wanted criminals. As any other department in FIB, they possess federal jurisdiction and can make arrests. CID can aid in those arrests by providing additional intelligence on the target. They will have clear instructions of procedures for detaining someone, patrolling around the town and even working undercover (will still need permission from CID department or deputy director/director). They will also be responsible for fighting against narcotics and will have ability to search for cannabis trees to destroy and confiscate them.
- Non-toxic environment
As a leader, my job is to prevent any conflicts and toxic behavior in my organization. Being non-toxic person myself, I would punish any type of discrimination, toxic behavior, bullying, corruption and agents who do not follow code of procedure, professional conduct or law. I would have strike system for individuals and strike system for departments. Individual strikes would be for agents who don't perform their duties well. Getting three strikes would result in a dismiss from organization. Department strikes means the department as a whole received a strike for not performing their duties and getting three strikes as a department would result in complete dismissal of department and it's members and applications for new HoD and it's members would be opened.
