No evidence of Metagaming can be collected since both IDs have different orgs and families. No Mercy killing was shown in the POV as he did not help you avoid any RP by killing you. He would benefit more by keeping you alive to rob you.

However ID 335867 will receive a punishment for Fear RP/Stalling​
