Event Script : one day the criminal unoff fams leaders will do a meeting together to make the capitol a place for criminals after that The leaders will decide to make an protest against leos and they will put a bomb inside capitol then the capitol will be full of gangs and orgs then the Event will continue like that and after some time all leos will leave the premises of capitol and after 5 mins leos can take over the capitol again, but leos failed and then undercover FIB came and took over the capitol with the help of leos,

Air transport no allowed
Arrest or Confiscation is not Allowed

Truly agree, as they are working for the city (Government) it will be really cool if people could also try to do some chaos to capitol were LEO’s can get involved trying to prevent it.
