The State Leaders are all in a private meeting at the National Guard Base , The meeting got leaked to the Gangs , Gangs are getting ready to attack the meeting and take all the state leader down at once , The meeting is under heavy protection from all the state organizations , State security members are gonna need to protect their leaders and take them to safe place before gangs get to kill them .
