2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
• So far I have been in different organizations such as LSPD, FIB, SAHP. I am confident enough in my experiences to serve the purpose of being the leader of the organization. I gathered information and ideas to develop effective RP as well as run the organization smoothly. I also have some plans to work with organization members to make them feel better about role-playing.
• Rank system will reconfigured by me and my deputy's to Give the best Experience possible.
•No place For favroritism I have seen the most Repetition of High Rank it's becoming more and more narrow place for a fresher to show their skills and I think they should be given a chance also As we all know Lil bit Amount of favour will be there refering friends, families but their rank and capabilities will also be checked so that only professional or skilled people get the rank as it is the job of HC to Motivate Young Officer and to Teach them
