Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have been an active member of the server for an extensive period, and I am fortunate to have garnered a great support team as a leader. With a multitude of individuals already prepared to join, I am confident in assembling an great team that will guide new players in roleplaying within a gang. Our primary focus will be on imparting the necessary rules and fostering a positive environment. Currently, gangs tend to invite individuals from the hotel without providing proper guidance, resulting in numerous rule breaks. Unfortunately, when these individuals face consequences, they are left without understanding the reasons behind their punishment. My aim is to rectify this situation and create a more welcoming atmosphere for new players to join and thrive.
Throughout my time playing, I have been involved in both state and crime activities, serving as a deputy or leader on numerous occasions. This has given me a unique understanding of what it means to be an leo and a gang member. I aim to create a leadership style that is enjoyable for both sides by conducting negotiations that are fair and not biased towards one group.
Being a Family Leader has given me valuable experience in managing a team and maintaining their involvement. This has enabled us to provide a welcoming environment for newcomers and teach them the rules to avoid any issues.
Advice for Improving Roleplay in the Organization:
With the intention of fostering growth and progress among players, I envision establishing a structured environment within the gang. By selectively inviting few individuals who will start at high command, we aim to provide a platform for personal achievement. By doing so, we anticipate a considerable increase in overall gang activity and engagement.
My strategy involves the implementation of ammo trunk hitting and the relocation of hostage situations from the ghetto. This is crucial as the current percentage of 80% of hostage situations in the ghetto unfairly favors criminals. To rectify this, I will ensure increased patrols in the ghetto to address the lack of gang activity and move hostage situations outside of the ghetto to such events as store robbery and gun store robbery.
I have devised a strategy to carry out multiple store and gun store robberies on a daily basis, with a strong presence from my gang. Additionally, we will engage in hostage situations during these robberies. Furthermore, I will actively participate in FZ Raids, Trufs, Clands, and Battleship, ensuring a consistent level of involvement for these events and the others gangs need to attend.
