2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
The San Andreas Highway Patrol is the backbone of the state. I want to take leadership because I want to display my potential to make SAHP the greatest organization in the city. My knowledge and experience will assist in my journey to completing a successful term with good roleplay.
I have noticed in many organizations there has been internal toxicity and unprofessionalism between members. As a leader I will certify that all troopers maintain their professionalism and limit internal toxicity. In addition the IA department will eliminate biased troopers from the organization to limit punishments.
In my leadership I guarantee to limit conflict within the organization. I want to keep SAHP a friendly organization welcoming everyone to limit internal confict and a negative perspective of the organization. I will do this by minimising favouritism only giving high ranks to the individuals i know who have prior high command experience. I want to keep SAHP a professional organization to keep a positive overview from other citizens.
I will make sure that all departments stay active provide a good roleplay for the citizens and officers. In my leadership i will certify the attendance of all ATM robberies and scripted events to show our activity. I will host daily events with prize pools to gain a good connection with civilians which will also show our activity.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Not only will the roleplay be improved internally, but also externally. In the San Andreas Highway Patrol I will establish a high command team charged with hardworking and mature Individuals. These individuals will partake in leading all events and confirming the attendance of all troopers. Our troopers in training will receive quality training by our Human Resource team to ensure their knowledge goes to no waste and will be useful in the working field. Our departments in the SAHP will have weekly tasks to complete which keeps the activity within the organization.
My appointed leaders of departments will certify that quality work is put into the organization which will improve overall roleplay. SAHP bonus systems will be in place to keep members active within the organization and reward the hard working troopers who have displayed leadership and professionalism. Weekly on duty activity will be required in the SAHP to exhibit our activity as an organization. Troopers who fail to meet standards of on duty time or professionalism will be punished accordingly with our strict IA disciplinary system. Civilians will be encouraged to join our organization due to our friendly nature and professionalism towards the public. Our PR department will be hosting weekly events which promote our organization with money prize pools.

Internal Affairs (IA): The internal affairs department ensures each officer stays professional and is never disrespectful. They also check each troopers weekly activity.
Highway Patrol (HWP): The highway patrol does hourly flight and vehicle checks of the highway for criminal presence.
Special Response Taskforce (SRT): The Special Response Taskforce is the most important role of the SAHP. The SRT focuses on gathering soldiers for events such as ghetto patrols and store robberies and uses more lethal weapons.
Human Resource (HR): The Human Resource department manages recruiting new troopers. This department also gives logs and trains troopers before the enter the working field.
Undercover (UC): The Undercover departments are to lead undercover operations including cannabis busts and globals. This department will take evidences assisting FIB in creating casefiles on families and gangs.
Public Relations (PR): The public relations department ensures a positive relationship with the public and host daily events.
