I Am In Sahp Cheif Of Staff,Highcommand If I Become A Leader Of SAHP What I Do.
1) I have experince as a cheif off staff,ex-lspd cheif off staff i know how to make a crime free city i can handle any situation
in our city. i am as a leader make deputeys who deserve it, i don't care about my friends if he deserve it then i will make him.
i make a good salery & bonus system for our all officers. because its need for make a most active org. and also i will make maximum
bonus for late night shift because its very important for our officers.
2) I will try to attend all events like- FZ RAID,STORE ROBBERY,GUN STORE ROBBERY,BANK ROBBERY,BLACK MARKET RAID,HOSTAGE
SITUATION, ETC...
I will make departments cheif,deputy cheif who deserve it.I will ensure that the Human Resources department is led by a dedicated and active individual,
as this is one of the pivotal departments within the organization.Open recruitment will be conducted at least five times per week,
and I will have qualified staff who can take control of the department when I am not available.
3)also i work with my best,trying to tell our officers give your best to our org.i am so much friendly for our officers
and always helping them 24/7.
i check the departments tasklist every week properly by me for they complete the weekly task list or not.
and also i will pay the department bonuses every week to curator of that department.
