Event Script : Crimes are increasing in the city and the reason is a Kingpin who is pulling the strings from behind the scenes. The kingpin has a secret syndicate consisting of few members from all the gangs. They are constantly increasing violent crimes and drug usage amongst citizens. The CID department of FIB has gotten an intel about the Kingpin, and that all syndicate members are gathering in one place and they have plan to do terrorist activities within the heart of Los Santos. State needs to either capture the Kingpin or neutralize all targets.
( State can negotiate with the crime members to give the Kingpin up and surrender without bloodshed as well )
Rules:
All participants must adhere to the established rules of engagement.

1. No patching up
2. No heals during gunfight
3. Use of guns limited to the ones provided by curators
