While driving around the city, I saw a FIB officer doing his job, and I went to chat with him, and we chatted for about 1-2 minutes, and then these 2 FIB friends came up to me and started messing with me, and that's why, after getting out of my car to silence ID 177111, he handcuffed me while I was running, and he wasn't even wearing a FIB vest.
And also in other videos with punch name, the friend with ID 177111 started punching me for no reason many times
After talking to people OOC, when I got into my car to leave the scene and left, the driver of the vehicle with ID 209082 made me a CR first, and then the officer with ID 177111 in the FIB vehicle sent me a pull over message after CR
and these 2 FIB friends were serving in the city with a non-FIB normal citizen next to them with ID 247059
And the last thing is as you can see in video with name ( Handcuff while running ) I muted these guys because they was messing with me and I wasnt know they are FIB
after they did CR and after cr handcuffed me I told them like thousand times to open my handcuff and let me open your Mute because if they was saying something important to me I wasnt hear them and when I ask for lawyer they didnt provide me lawyer, I said ''if lawyer is not available I cant hear you just let me open your mute then do your process to me'' and they didnt care about me what I said.
and the last word I want to say, I would like to say that you should not accept people who do not know such rules into an important organization like FIB !
