First of all this thread is not about me. And let me explain the situtation.

I asked to Alex about the rain effect he told me "removing of effects is not allowed". This is the proof:

And when you will check my this thread you will see the weather is rainy in my pov. ( https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/536028/#post-1947654 ,

But there are no any rain effect in his pov. He deleted but i have his pov. You can see here:

He is using illegal redux clearly. And he didn't get punishment about this.
