They're all new guys, so what just happened is he started up VDM and then they came back and RDMed, and when the guy "59967" was killed and the flashlight was dropped from him, then the guy 112 picked the flashlight off the floor and then the guys killed him also I came to the scene when I came in and I saw the guy 112 was dead On the ground, I patched him up and tried to talk to him, then I asked him to leave the area because he was trying to kill family members, so I gave him a chance but the man with his ID "59967" wanted his flash light back, so he asked him to return it but he didn't, then James Hopper gave it to them Warnings, the biggest problem is that "59967" already received two warnings before and he got the third one which was unlawful warning and now he is banned from entering the city for 7 days, and you can check the POV of "59967" he did not even had any weapons in hands or anything like that.
