2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1) Since joining the server more than a year ago, I've aspired to be the Leader of SAHP due to my extensive experience in legal organisations. As a result, I bring a wealth of previous experience from organisations such as not only SAHP, but also FIB and LSPD. ECT
2) I've always wanted to be a leader of a legal organisation like SAHP. I've had a lot of previous experience as a high command within legal organisations, I've seen a lot of leaders, and I've learned a list of things to do, and a list of things not to do as a leader.
3) I believe it would be beneficial to be the leader of an organisation such as SAHP, For the community, I believe I could serve The Organisation, The community, Justice between being a good leader, Having a good team of officers by each other's sides, And protection within the community, For the community to feel safer within their city.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1) To begin, I would seek out a good team of officers who work together rather than against one another. I believe it is critical to have a team that works together and gets along with one another in order to maintain a safe and welcoming work environment.
2) I'd like to get feedback from the community and other members, as well as other organisations. I believe it's important to make sure that if an officer is acting inappropriately, he or she is punished; I don't think it's good to let things like that slide. I'd also like to make sure that my team is well-maintained, and that nobody is doing anything they shouldn't be doing.
3) I would make certain that everyone in the organisation is active and attending events, ammo runs, and anything else that is required of them, as well as that we have the most active and well-behaved officers possible. I believe it is critical that everyone in your organisation who is online is doing something beneficial to the organisation rather than just themselves.
