In the first two clips, you can see ID 11911 not fearing for his life and running away from the SAHP officers even though we pointed guns at them just because "they had hostages". Having hostages doesn't at all mean they are not supposed to fear for their own life.

In the third clip, vagos started shooting us from the top of the hill, from a spot that wasn't inside the zone or not accessible from the zone itself, hence violating Event Rule 1.11 or 1.18.

In the fourth clip, ID 11911 (again) kept tasing the negotiators because "they cannot do anything about it". Although what they said was true, I just see it as abusing rules in your favour. Just because they have a hostage, they shouldn't be allowed to do anything they want knowing that the Legal side cannot retaliate.

+1 to this. Through both situations I agree with Fernando Lopez, and what went on was breaking rules. Jack wolf also posted CL reports of two other Vagos Members breaking rules too.

The criminal sphere do this all the time where they keep performing violent acts against us just because "we cannot do anything about it". This needs to be changed as its just abusing rules at this point

According to ID 11911, in the first clip, taking them in custody would've led to the hostages dying. Everyone here knows that killing the hostages would destroy all the leverage they had against us and hence killing 11911 in the process as well. But they still decided to not fear for their life just because they have hostages. How is it that the hostages are supposed to fear for their lives but these guys don't have to fear their life or arrest?

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report
  • Vagos will receive a punishment for Event Rule 1.11(Shooting outside the zone is forbidden.)
  • ID 590 will receive a punishment for Event Rule 1.11(Shooting outside the zone is forbidden.)
  • The other pieces of evidence are not from your POV, therefore they are not considered in this report (POV must be personally made by person who is involved in situation).
