This report is in regards to scamming that was done by EMS and specifically the ID posted in the subject line. As an employee of EMS, a post was made within the emails (image included) indicating that any employee could earn a $1 Million bonus should they be the highest number of "captchas" in the week with the provision that they exceed 200 captchas. This was posted by an EMS High Command and included a tag of the EMS Chief. During that week, I completed the requirements set fourth by the public post to the EMS Team, even exceeding the requirements. After the period had ended to qualify, I reached out to the EMS Chief to determine when I would be paid out for the funds that were due to me. You can see the interaction via emails that I had with the EMS Chief, also included in the images. Ultimately, the EMS Chief stated that he was not obligated to pay me for the bonus, which was something that was to be paid on top of that which was the normal "base pay" for the work that was done. When I informed him that I would seek counsel IC, he stated that I would need to talk to the original poster even though he was clearly tagged in the conversation and that I would be told the same thing by Admins. He refused to make the payment to me as was promised for the work that was done.
I realize that this is a heavy allegation, however, the photos of the conversations and my "rota" clearly show that I completed the task as was promised. The EMS Chief decided to pay me funds that were due from the original work and not what was a guaranteed bonus. Ultimately, this caused me to no longer trust the High Command of EMS and resign from my position. This is scamming to the purest extent. A promise was made of a bonus which was ultimately turned down by the EMS Chief. It should not matter what position of power you have on this server, what matters is what is promised and if you deliver on said promise.
It is with a heavy heart that I make this report, however, it is in the best interest of all of the hardworking staff of the EMS Team that I provide this evidence that payments that are promised, do not happen. Ultimately, this was a scam. 200+ captchas take roughly 5 minutes a piece to complete. That's over 16 hours of work, which was not recognized appropriately. In fact, if you review the images provided from my "rota", you can see I was paid for 171 "captchas" even though I completed a total of 211. So outside of what I was paid for the regular work, I was not even paid for the correct amount of work as posted in the "rota". I am seeking a review of the actions of the EMS Chief in relation to this particular incident in relation to scamming. If nobody speaks up, nobody is protected and this has absolutely ruined my experience so far with GrandRP.
