2- Why do you want to be a leader of the SAHP?
I want to become the leader because I have previous experience in other citys exceeding two years, I have worked in all organizations in high and very sensitive positions, I also worked as a leader two terms before, I also have extensive experience in SAHP and I know how to manage this organization well, so if I get the leadership, I will make it the best organization ever
Firstly, I am drawn to the SAHP because of its commitment to maintaining law and order in the community. As a leader, I want to contribute to the organization's mission by utilizing my experience in leadership roles to enhance the effectiveness of the team.
I believe in the importance of community engagement. As a leader of the SAHP, I aspire to organize events and initiatives that not only showcase the capabilities of our organization but also build positive relationships with the wider community we serve.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Organize frequent role-playing events for engaging scenarios.
Foster in-character communication channels for planning and coordination.
Provide training sessions to enhance role-playing skills.
Realistic Interaction:
Encourage members to create detailed characters with rich backstories.

From my experience Favoritism has ruined the enjoyment of being a trooper in SAHP and it demotivates Troopers from doing hard work in the org. as some get unfair ranks and fill HC positions without a valid reason, just because they are friends, so i am willing to remove it and make a fun and fair experience to all troopers to truly get the rank they deserve by proving it through their hard work.
Departments are the back bone of SAHP, I will try my best to assign the right people to the HC ranks and Leader of each department to ensure every department does its objective through a checklist, that if completed within the time frame given, will be granted bonuses through a weekly Bonus system. This way it will ensure that SAHP completes its purpose as the HIGHWAY PATROL.
Departments
HRT ( Human Resource and Training ) - HRT is one of the most important departments. With the correct Troopers running this department then it ensures all new officers are epuipped with the knowledge they need.
PR ( Public Relations ) - Public relations is the department that will deal with the backlash from civilians that will come from law suits and subpeanas. PR is used to connect the public and SAHP together.
SWAT ( SWAT ) - This department are the Elites, they will always have maximum coordination and response times will be short to all events.
HWP ( Highway Patrol ) - Highway patrol are the department to manage the highways. Speed traps, highway patrols and towing at all hours ensures the safety of passing civilians on the highways.
IA ( Internal Affairs ) -In my opinion Internal affairs is the most important department in the ORG. With a strinct IA leader this will ensure all mistakes are dealt with accordingly.
UC ( Undercover ) - Undercover is there to help FIB with the evidences, A lot of criminal actvivity occurs on the highway and that makes perfect evidence for FIB to do a bust.
