After analyzing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 122174 Will be punished for Gen. Rule 6.2
It is forbidden to leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation
However, ID 122932 Will be punished for Fail RP + PG
Not reading miranda rights + Continuing RP in admin situation
Next time, when you arrest someone, uncuff him or her to remove his weapon from their hand. dont do it after all way go to DOC.
